Tropic, the most watched new magazine in South Florida, see what is the magic of 3D architectural renderings can be found inside.

This is an existing building which was a federal courthouse in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. The building used to be attractive, but as time goes by, it has been fallen into disuse. People start questioning what to do with a federal building suffering from deferred maintenance which no longer makes sense for its intended use.

Under this circumstance, Adache took the task on reimagining the use and design of the building, they contacted us and wanted us to help with architecture visualization. They were proposing the new use to be a museum of modern art and they wanted to really activate the building and draw the public in and to maintain some of the elements of the building such as the entry stair, the columns, the waffle slabs, etc. and enclose the space in glass and add a matrix of bridges on the interior connecting different exhibits as well.

Wondering what will the building look like after redesigning? Let’s take a look.
