Adhering to the concept of high quality, high standard, and high requirement, the international consultation intends to seek the most innovative urban design concepts and schemes from all over the world. They strive to build this area into a new urban center and a new urban parlor of Pingshan District, as well as enhance the city level of Pingshan District in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area.

The Yanzi Lake area is mainly enclosed by Longping Road, Dongzong Road, Lvyin Road, and Jinniu West Road, covering an area of approximately 5 square kilometers – which is also the urban design area.

Based on the traditional urban design, it will interact with professional teams in water, transportation, and municipal administration to form a pragmatic and detailed blueprint with comprehensive technology and in-depth research.
