AIMIR CG is a leading architectural 3D rendering studio, established in 2006. We have a proven track record of collaborating with renowned architects and architecture firms worldwide, bringing their visions to life through stunning and innovative 3D visualizations.
– Tender Introduction
To further elevate the quality and variety of our work, AIMIR CG is excited to announce a global design tender, seeking exceptional and high-end architectural designs from talented architects and designers around the world. We welcome submissions for a variety of project types, including urban design, hotels, residential properties, resorts, commercial spaces, conceptual modules, and any other architectural designs. The core purpose of this tender is to allow AIMIR CG to collect a pool of outstanding architectural designs for the creation of stunning 3D renderings.

– Design Scope
AIMIR CG welcome all types of architectural designs. The submission includes but not limited to:
- Urban Design
- Residential Property
- Hotel
- Resort
- Commercial Space
- Public Space
- Cultural Architecture
- Conceptual Design
The submission can be one or combined of the above types, and the designs should reflect a high standard of architectural brilliance and aesthetic appeal. The key criteria are that the designs must be unique, luxurious, and visually striking.
Application Requirements
This design tender is open to a broad range of participants, including:
- Architecture students
- Professional architects
- Amateur designers
- Architectural enthusiasts
There is no design qualification requirement. We encourage submissions from all corners of the globe who share our passion for pushing the boundaries of architectural design.

There’ll be one 1st place winner, one 2nd place winner, and one 3rd place winner. AIMIR CG is proud to offer the following prizes for exceptional designs:
- 1st Place Winner: US$5,000
- 2nd Place Winner: US$3,000
- 3rd Place Winner: US$1,000
Submission Requirements
Your submission package must include the following:
- Initial Design Concept: A clear and concise description of your design’s core concept and inspiration.
- Site plan and Floor Plans: Accurate and well-organized plans depicting the overall layout and functionality of your design.
- 3D Models: Submissions are accepted exclusively when they include comprehensive 3ds Max models of the entire design.
Shortlisting and Selecting
The selection process will occur in two distinct stages:
- First Stage of Selection: Following the submission deadline, our professional team, comprised of over 50 veteran 3D artists—many of whom are architecture graduates—will conduct the initial shortlisting. In this stage, designs that receive over half of the votes will be shortlisted for further evaluation.
- Second Stage of Selection: After the results of the first selection are announced, a jury will hold a final round of selection. Each jury member will identify their preferred submission. The design that receives the most votes will be awarded first place, followed by second and third place based on the number of selections received. In the event of a tie, where two or more designs receive the same number of selections, another round of evaluation will be conducted to determine the final ranking.
Terms and Conditions
- All submitted designs must be original and free from plagiarism. Plagiarism of any kind will result in disqualification.
- By submitting your design, you agree to allow AIMIR CG to create high-quality 3D visualizations based on your work. Ownership of the final 3D rendering works created by AIMIR CG belongs to AIMIR CG. This includes the intellectual property rights associated with the rendering techniques, artistry, and final visual output.
- AIMIR CG reserves the right to recreate CG visuals based on the submitted designs.
- AIMIR CG will maintain the confidentiality of all submitted designs that are not shortlisted.
- Minimum Applicant Requirement: The competition will not proceed if the number of applicants is fewer than 15 (inclusive). If, by the application deadline, there are 14 or fewer applicants, the competition will be considered unsuccessful, and no prizes will be awarded.
