3D renderings for the historic coast guard station not only represent for its grand historic significance but the architectural and historic landmarks in Cleveland Ohio. We created some photo-realistic images of proposed docks on Lake Erie, adjacent to a historic Coast Guard station in Cleveland Ohio.

Over the past year, the Historic U.S. Coast Guard Station at Whiskey Island has undergone major changes. With the new year brings a number of projects they intend to accomplish; see below for their future goals.

DINGHY / KAYAK / SUP RAMP

A ramp at the base of the causeway will enable hosting of significant sailing regattas, additional sailing programming, and increased use of Wendy Park for recreational paddlesports programs (led by Cleveland Metroparks). This will include a ramp, connection to Whiskey Island Drive, and 2-ton hoist for launching larger dinghies or small keelboats

NEW BREAKWALL

In order to protect the ramp and enable further development of Whiskey Island, two breakwalls will be constructed. These will prevent debris from accumulating at the ramp, protect the ramp from inclement weather, and create a small protected harbor for new sailors to test their skills.

CMP / TRANSIENT / REGATTA DOCKS

Additional docks constructed along the shoreline and new western breakwall greatly increase the capacity of community sailing initiatives in Cleveland. Furthermore, these will be used as temporary regatta dockage for when the Foundry hosts major dinghy sailing regattas.

Let’s check how this place will look like with our photo-realistic 3D renderings:
