Architectural commercial projects, or commercial construction projects require a deep understanding of the needs and goals of the business, as well as the technical and operational requirements of the building itself. Effective design and construction of commercial buildings can help businesses attract and retain customers, improve employee productivity, and create a positive impact on the surrounding community. At the same time, 3D architectural rendering services is the game-changer here. By providing accurate, realistic visuals of the designs, it helps architects design, visualize, and communicate their commercial projects effectively.
As the most populous state in the United States, California is known for its diverse geography and entertainment industry. Commercial architecture in California is diverse and dynamic, reflecting the state’s unique mix of urban and suburban landscapes, as well as its history of innovation and creativity.
We, as an architectural visualization company, have created tons of commercial projects located in California. They are innovative and inspiring at the same time. It’s a shame to cover them up, so we’ve picked 7 of them to share with you.
Located in Los Angeles, this 14-story office building in the Hollywood Boulevard Commercial and Entertainment District. The building fills the gap between the bigger commercial edifices located one block towards the east and its more diminutive historic counterparts, particularly the nearby Security Trust & Savings building (1920) which is covered in terra-cotta.
In fact, there are more than one stages for this project, because our client changed the design more than once. No matter what the updated design was, our 3D team responded promptly and workout out the results as fast as possible. In the end, these 3D renderings impressed the juries and the presentation went well. We love these renders along with our client.

In Los Angeles’ highly sought-after Miracle Mile, the redevelopment of Wilshire Courtyard creates a new, two-tower mixed-use destination from an old office complex and unused land. The design features of this structure include “fins” under the bridges linking the towers, green planting across the structure, and glazing façade of garage floors.
To bring the above features to life, our visuals emphasize on the texture of the façade, especially the glass quality. Meanwhile, our 3D artists recommended a twilight view to have better presentation of the glass material and human activities inside the buildings.

Situated between the Salesforce Tower and Waldorf Astoria, on 450 Mission Street, San Francisco, this tower is the new proposal for Mandarin Oriental. Covered with soft bronze metal, this façade of this tower makes it incredibly charming and standout among the neighborhood.
There are two renders: semi-aerial view for presentation and public viewing, and aerial view for Mandarin’s global marketing. Interestingly, in the semi-aerial view, we made all surrounding buildings transparent boxes. In this way, the main structure stands out in such a busy context.
This large glass sphere is planning to sit on the 8410 Sunset Blvd, Los Angeles. As a public space providing a platform for people to occupy and interact with, the Sphere is also equipped with a bar at the back offering drinks and spaces to appreciate the view of the LA city. With LCD signs on the surface, it creates potential for cutting-edge technology as well as advertisement.
There is no better proof of our professionalism and capability than the fact that with our 3D renderings our client has won the Innovation & Technology in the Built Environment prize in Los Angeles Business Council’s (LABC) 51st Annual Architectural Awards for Sphere on Sunset project.

Lifeline Education Charter Middle School
Located in Compton, California, Lifeline Education Charter Middle School is transforming the underused site into a new, two-story middle school for local community.
Our visuals use a clear view and a dawn view to demonstrate this school in different time of the day. Also, not only the classrooms, but also the shop and playground are vividly showed with various activities in exterior renders.
Goldman School of Public Policy
University of California, Berkeley (UCB) plans to have this new building for Goldman School of Public Policy, which for sure will be a landmark in the campus. This school has learning, research and collaboration spaces for their students. With a new front door on Hearst Avenue, GSPP promotes transparency and inviting interaction.
We chose a clear sky to demonstrate this dynamic structure. At the same time, our 3D team paid great attention to the surrounding context such as the landscape and the building next door. After applying photorealistic materials, rendering and post-production, the final results are a game-changer in our client’s presentation.
Andys Burgers is a restaurant in Chino, California. The architect uses Equitone for the façade, which is a through colored panel with no coating. This way, the façade has an honest, pure, and natural appearance. The restaurant has incredible amount of large floor-to-ceiling window walls, which keep the indoor space bright during the day.
In our interior renders, the layout is clearly seen as well as the kitchen, let along the beautiful views outside. Likewise, the exterior views demonstrate the structure in day and night views, both indicating a lively, happy restaurant with olive trees and bright red logotype.
